What should I do if a unit size I need is currently on a "Waiting List"?
If the specific size you are looking for is unavailable, you can join our waiting list directly through the website. We monitor our inventory closely, and as soon as a unit becomes available, we notify those on the list in the order they signed up. You can also call us to see if a similar size might work for your needs in the meantime.
Do I need to bring my own lock, or do you provide one with the rental?
To ensure the highest level of security for your belongings, customers are responsible for providing their own disc or padlocks. This ensures that you are the only person with a key to your unit. If you need recommendations on the most secure lock types for our units, our staff is happy to assist.
How does the "Online Rental" process work for after-hours move-ins?
Our website allows for a 100% hassle-free online rental experience. Once you select your unit and complete the billing information, you will receive a confirmation. If you rent outside of office hours, you can still finalize your lease online, allowing you to begin moving your items into your unit immediately without waiting for the office to open.
